I have found a lot of joy in hunting over the years, but nothing compares to the pleasure of involving my children. As a mother first and hunter second teaching my children to learn their way around the woods, and around guns is my primary goal. My time in the woods with my family and young hunters has been some of the most rewarding time I've ever spent.

Safety First - Setting strict rules for around the house and on a hunt is important. Teaching children gun safety, what a gun really does, how it works, and how to be a responsible gun owner can never be under estimated.
