Supported by the heart-opening spirit of ceremonial cacao, we’ll move into The Web Within, a mycelium-inspired meditation exploring connection, rootedness, and the quiet intelligence that flows through body, breath, and being. This 45-minute journey weaves together grounding breathwork, visualisation, and gentle inner exploration, inviting you to soften into presence and feel the threads of connection that sustain you.
