These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online platforms, digital content, courses, coaching, wellbeing services, subscriptions, and in‑person sessions (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our coaching and wellbeing services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not provide medical or clinical services;
- You remain responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing;
- You should seek appropriate professional advice where required.
We accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on the Services.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, unless otherwise stated. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Bookings and In‑Person Sessions
For in‑person sessions:
- You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared;
- Missed or late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund;
- You must comply with any health, safety, or venue rules communicated to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if your behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
6. Online Services and Access
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online Services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable equipment and internet access to use online Services.
7. Subscriptions
Where you purchase a subscription:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as stated);
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the current billing period;
- No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.
We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Digital Content and Downloads
Upon purchase, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use digital content for your personal use only.
You must not:
- Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or make digital content available to others;
- Use digital content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access or download has been provided, unless required by law.
9. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
10. Refunds and Cancellations Policy
This Refunds and Cancellations Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
10.1 Coaching and Wellbeing Services
For one-to-one coaching or wellbeing sessions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged;
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable;
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where necessary, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
10.2 In-Person Courses, Workshops, and In-Person Events
For in-person courses, workshops, or in-person events:
- You may cancel up to 14 days before the start date for a full refund;
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated;
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.
10.3 Online Courses and Digital Programmes
For online courses and digital programmes:
- Where immediate access to content is provided, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once access begins;
- No refunds are provided once access has been granted, unless the content is faulty or not as described, in line with your statutory rights.
10.4 Subscriptions
For subscription-based Services:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis;
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us;
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period;
- No refunds are given for partial or unused subscription periods, unless required by law.
10.5 Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads:
- All sales are final once the download has been made available;
- Refunds are not available unless the digital content is faulty or not as described.
10.6 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services, including text, videos, audio, graphics, branding, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes;
- Share login details or allow others to access your account;
- Infringe our intellectual property rights;
- Harass, abuse, or harm others in connection with the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
